Taking robust exception to ruling DMK’s senior chief Duraimurugan’s alleged comment that AIADMK founder M G Ramachandran was a “betrayer,” the main opposition on Thursday hit back, saying the betrayers were him and his party’s late leader M Karunanidhi. Duraimurugan referring to MGR as a “betrayer” was akin to satan quoting scripture, AIADMK’s prime two leaders O Panneerselvam and Okay Palaniswami stated including the DMK chief made such a comment at a gathering of social gathering functionaries at Jolarpet in Tirupathur District on September 28.Duraimurugan is DMK’s basic secretary and likewise the Water Resources Minister.
