Mehbooba Mufti targets J-Okay admin over seizure of two-wheelers in Kashmir

PDP president Mehbooba Mufti on Friday mentioned the seizure of a lot of bikes by police in Kashmir was a “collective punishment” and a method to “snatch” the livelihood of the youth.
