CM Punk has been forced to undergo surgery after suffering an undisclosed injury at WWE's Elimination

Chamber pay-per-view event last night (February 25). According to PWInsider.com, Punk was taken to a

local hospital following his match against Bray Wyatt. He underwent surgery and is expected to make a

full recovery. WWE officials are not commenting on the nature of the injury. This marks the second time that Punk

has had to undergo surgery this year. In January, he suffered a torn meniscus in his left knee while training

for UFC 203. That injury kept him out of action until WrestleMania 32. Punk has been dealing with ( Read This )

injuries throughout his career. He tore his ACL in 2009 and missed nearly two years before returning in 2011.

Since then, he has dealt with several other injuries including a herniated disc in his neck, a broken thumb,

and a concussion. Punk is currently scheduled to appear at tonight's RAW from Chicago.
