Marilyn Monroe Kim Kardashian made waves this year for wearing an iconic Marilyn Monroe dress at the Met Gala, and her wardrobe

is still causing a stir online more than a month later, with some people claiming that she destroyed the dress.

The outfit was lent to Kardashian by Ripley's Believe It or Not, which now claims she did not damage it.

Kardashian went into great detail about how she got the garment from Ripley's, which offers a number of pop culture artefacts

and other memorabilia exhibits across the United States. She also mentioned how, despite decreasing weight

it didn't fit quite right when she tried it on. As a result, she didn't zip it all the way up and instead covered her
