T.J. Watt
It's been a fantastic couple of weeks for
Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt. He was named
the player of the month in February. 27-year-old took home the first NFL Defensive Player of the Award and was
named to the first team All-Pro for the third time in a row. This was followed by a stunning weekend when he tied his
wedding ring in a ceremony with Dani Rhodes. The couple were married on the 9th of July at Cabo San Lucas Mexico.
Arizona Cardinals defensive end J.J. Watt and Steelers fullback Derek Watt, T.J.'s older brothers, were in attendance
and so were Steelers co-player Cameron Heyward and free agent cornerback Joe Haden. The former Steelers linebacker
Ryan Shazier was also in presence. "Best day of my life," the couple wrote in the captions to Instagram posts that
shared pictures of the beachside wedding. Dani Rhodes, 24, is an ex- Wisconsin Badgers soccer player. She
played professional soccer with the Chicago Red Stars with Kealia Ohai, J.J. Watt's wife. In the summer of 2017, the
Edge rusher signed a five year contract for Pittsburgh for the purpose of becoming the highest-paid defensive player in the NFL.
